User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose, attempt to bypass security measures, interfere with the proper functioning of the service, generate harmful or abusive content, or attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models.
AI-Generated Content
Conversations with AI agents are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or consistent. The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate responses. We are constantly working to improve the AI's behavior.
Intellectual Property
The ConfidenceTalk platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Magna Web Studios. Users retain ownership of their conversation data. The AI-generated responses are owned by Magna Web Studios.
Limitation of Liability
ConfidenceTalk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Magna Web Studios shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
